Project NRG is a 12 week Lifestyle and Weight Management program that starts with a nutrition evaluation. The program also includes learning how to set goals, eliminate barriers, and make healthy food choices, as well as begin a fitness program. The goal of this program is to bring the energy back to your busy life.
Who can benefit?
Anyone who's looking for a healthier life balance will find results in this program. The goal of the program is gaining energy.
