The January Dandy Life Challenge is here!
If you are like me, you've indulged in the holiday spirits a little too much, and now it's time to clean up our acts.
So, I am challenging myself and you to start off strong;
5 Veggie servings and 1 Fruit serving EVERY day in January!
What counts as a serving?
* 1/2 cup raw fruit or veggies
*1/2 cup cooked dry beans
* 1 cup leafy greens
* for the sake of this challenge fruit and veggie juices are excluded.
You really need the full fiber and water content of fruits and vegetables in their pure form.
How do you participate?
First; This challenge is all about YOU! Create yourself a non-food reward (buy a new book, or pair of shoes?)
If you achieve your goal 5 out of 7 days per week of the challenge, reward yourself!

Post photos of your veggie filled meals, with the hashtag #DandyLifeChallenge
I will be sure to keep track of everyone who participates, and posting some stats along the way!
This challenge runs Jan 1st- Jan 31st, a new healthy challenge starts in Feb (keep it interesting!)
